Peaceful sleep
I recently tried botanical blend and it has been a great addition to my nighttime routine. I love that it is melatonin free. So it is more natural option for relaxation without grogginess the next morning. The combination of ingredients really helps me. It is noticeable how much calmer I feel before bed. Great product
After trying Natrol Magnesium Glycinate 100mg soft chews in Cherry Lemon flavor, I found them to be a pleasant and convenient way to supplement magnesium. The soft chew format is easy to take without water, and the Cherry Lemon flavor is quite enjoyable, not having a strong medicinal taste. While I haven't used it long enough to notice significant long-term effects on sleep or overall health, it seems gentle on the stomach, which is a definite plus compared to some other magnesium supplements I've tried. The 100mg dose per chew allows for flexible intake depending on individual needs. Overall, these soft chews offer a palatable and accessible option for those looking to incorporate magnesium glycinate into their routine. I love this product. High recommend!

Worked Perfectly - Thankful
Just purchased the 10 mg fast dissolve strawberry formula from Publix 2 days ago. I am finally sleeping 8 hours again. Nothing short of a miracle. I'm going through menopause and used to have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Before I started taking this product, there were nights was not able to fall asleep at all. I used to be exhausted each day until I found this product. I'm beyond grateful because I know sleep well on a regular basis. Highy recommend the 10 mg formula. The tablet is small and I suck on it a bit and let it dissolve in my mouth. I also place a little under my tongue for faster absorption into the blood stream. No sidr effects yet from this formula.
