New Account Application
Thank you for your interest in joining our valued family of customers. To protect our brand and the integrity of our authorized distribution channels in the United States, Natrol LLC maintains a U.S. Authorized Seller Program. If you would like to become an Authorized Seller of Natrol products, please complete and submit our New Account Application

Please be prepared to attach the following required documents to your application:
1. A copy of your State Sellers Permit;
2. A copy of your Resale Certificate or Sales Tax Exemption Certificate
3. A copy of your City/Town/County Business License;
4. A copy of your valid Practitioner or Physician license if you are a practitioner or physician.

Authorized Online Seller Application
If you are currently authorized by us to sell Natrol products in brick-and-mortar locations only but would like to get our authorization to sell our products online, please complete and submit our Authorized Online Seller Application.
