Vitamin B
Did you know the B vitamin family is made up of eight B vitamins? That’s a lot of mouths to feed. The members include thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, folic acid, biotin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12. They are commonly referred to as a group (we like to call them a family) because these vitamins often work together in the body, but each B vitamin has its own important role to play.
