How do I track my order?

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping rates vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. We currently offer Free Standard Shipping if your order is over $35. You’ll be able to review your shipping charges once you enter your Shipping Address and Shipping Method in the shopping cart.

What are the return and refund policies for

Customers may return any product purchased from our website within 60 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or replacement product. To request a refund or replacement, please call 1-800-262-8765 or submit a request and our team will provide you with further instructions.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

How do I return Natrol products if purchased from a different store?

If you purchased Natrol products online on another website, please follow the instructions on that website for returns and refunds.

If you purchased Natrol products at one of our retailer partners, please return the item to that store according to their return and refund policy.

What is Subscribe & Save?
When making purchases on, you have the option to set up regularly scheduled deliveries and save 10% off each subscribed product.

How do I set up Subscribe & Save?

From a product page, select "Subscribe and Save" before adding to your cart. Select the quantity and delivery schedule that works for you. Your order will repeat based on the frequency you selected.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can modify, skip or cancel your delivery at any time. In advance of each delivery, you will receive an email notification reminder we will send you a reminder email showing the item price and any applicable discount for your upcoming delivery.
