How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Look for it in your mailbox and be sure to add “natrol.com” to your email address book. If you need assistance, please call 1-800-262-8765 or submit a request.
Where do you ship?
Currently, Natrol.com only ships to addresses in the U.S. For international ordering, please visit iHerb.com.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping rates vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. We currently offer Free Standard Shipping if your order is over $35. You’ll be able to review your shipping charges once you enter your Shipping Address and Shipping Method in the shopping cart.
What are the return and refund policies for Natrol.com?
For any product that you are not satisfied with, please call 1-800-262-8765 or submit a request and you’ll receive instruction on how to get a refund.
Refunds will be credited back to the credit card used for purchase. You’ll need your order number which is available on your Purchase Confirmation email, or, under “Orders” in your Account once you sign-in to Natrol.com.
If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instruction on how to send the product back and provide a refund of your shipping costs.
How do I return Natrol products if purchased from a different store?
If you purchased Natrol products online on another website, please follow the instruction on that site for returns and refund.
If you purchased Natrol products at one of our retailer partners, please return the item to that store according to their return and refund policy.
Refunds for Natrol Melatonin Gummies and Natrol Cognium®
Natrol Gummies and Natrol Cognium® products are covered by our 100% Money Back Guarantee. If you try any Natrol Gummies product and are not completely satisfied, submit a request and we will refund your purchase. Likewise, for any Cognium product, submit a request and we will refund your purchase.

What is Subscribe & Save?
When making purchases on Natrol.com, you have the option to set up regularly scheduled deliveries and save 10% off each subscribed product.
How do I set up Subscribe & Save?
From a product page, select "Subscribe and Save" before adding to your cart. Select the quantity and delivery schedule that works for you. Your order will repeat based on the frequency you selected.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can modify, skip or cancel your delivery at any time. In advance of each delivery, you will receive an email notification reminder we will send you a reminder email showing the item price and any applicable discount for your upcoming delivery.
