Amy Fitzpatrick, MS, RD

As Natrol’s nutritionist, Amy provides expert advice to help you build a healthy supplement program as well as nutrition and wellness tips to help you achieve your health goals. As a busy mom of young children, Amy knows the importance of balancing priorities for healthy living. Her practical “can-do” approach may be just the inspiration you need to achieve your healthy living goals.

Amy has over 8 years of experience in the health and nutrition industry as a nutritionist, writer, researcher and educator. She is a registered dietitian and holds a bachelor’s degree in foods and nutrition from Carson Newman College, Jefferson City, Tennessee, and a master’s degree in nutrition with an emphasis in physiological psychology from the University of Tennessee. Amy is currently a member of the American Dietetic Association and the Nutrition in Complementary Care dietetic practice group.

Amy has served as adjunct faculty at Bastyr University, Seattle, Washington, one of the nation’s leading natural health sciences institutes. She has offered expert nutrition guidance for various media outlets, and served as a speaker for professional organizations such as the Tennessee Dietetic Association and the Association of Clinical Research Professionals. She is actively involved in helping educating future nutrition professionals about complementary medicine at her alma mater, the University of Tennessee.
