| Steven Spitz, Vice President and General Counsel, joined the Company in November 2003. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Spitz was a partner at Riordan & McKinzie and later at Bingham McCutchen's Los Angeles office, where he focused primarily on litigation matters, including intellectual property disputes, unfair competition matters, complex litigation and general business disputes. While at both law firms, Mr. Spitz served as outside counsel to the Company from 2001 to 2003. Mr. Spitz is a graduate of the Columbia University School of Law. |
